Our flagship real estate lending fund, the Faes & Co Income Fund, invests in the proprietary asset-backed dealflow originated by our group company F2 Finance, a specialist real estate bridging finance lender in the United States.

Prior to founding Faes & Co, Christian Faes co-founded LendInvest in 2008 in London and built it into a leading financial technology company that is now one of the largest non-bank mortgage lenders in the United Kingdom. LendInvest listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2021 and has over £5 billion in funds under management.

Our group has also been involved in building the largest short-term mortgage lender in Ireland, Onate, and the US mortgage servicing company Petra Loan Servicing.

We have significant experience building and scaling technology-driven financial services companies and tapping into an unrivalled breadth of capital globally — launching and managing funds, online marketplace platforms, private bond programmes, listed retail bonds, warehouse lines and rated public securitisations.
